• If you are planning to present a talk or poster at the meeting, you must both register for the meeting below and submit your abstract via the "Abstracts" link above (The late-abstract deadline is 1-May-2009).
   
  
• Don't forget to book a room at the meeting hotel (see the "Travel" link above). A block of rooms has been reserved for the SPD meeting.
   
  
• Several social activities are available in addition to the banquet. You might want to check the "Activities" link above before registering.

Student discounted registration is available until 8-May.
There was some early confusion with the AAS over early registration deadlines. The student discounted registration fee of $250 will be available until 8-May as advertised.

Member registration:
The normal SPD member registration fee is $400 and is available until 6-Jun-2009. There is a $50 on-site registration fee for on-site registration at the meeting. Note: the AAS website is no longer accepting registrations. To register on-site at the normal $400 price, send an e-mail to Diane Miller (diane@boulder.swri.edu) on or before 6-June-2009.

Non-member registration:
The registration fee for SPD non-members is $450 and is available until 6-Jun-2009. There is a $50 on-site registration fee for on-site registration at the meeting. Note that the SPD annual dues are considerably less than $50; if you are not an SPD member, you might consider joining now (PDF form).

 
 Register online via the AAS Registration Page (now closed). (Note: The AAS stopped accepting online registrations a week before our agreed date. To register on-site at the normal pre-registration $400 price, send an e-mail to Diane Miller (diane@boulder.swri.edu) on or before 6-June-2009.
